The best exercise routines for busy people
When things get rough, you can push it as far as you want to, and you can use it as much as you like for your own benefit.
Here are 5 exercise routines that you can use to de-stress after a tough day at work:
- Squats: Stand with your feet slightly apart (about 2 feet apart), stretch your arms out directly in front of you and then lower your bottom as if you’re going to sit, as low as you can without falling, then list your bottom up again, and repeat 20-50 times.
- Push ups: Lie on the floor, tummy down, then lift yourself up on your hands and your toes as far as your arms will allow, then lower your chest to the floor and list again as far as your arms will allow. Repeat this 20-50 times.
- Forward lunge: Stand up straight with your arms at your side, then take a step forward with one foot and lower your knee as if you’re going to propose but don’t let your knee touch the ground. Then lift yourself up again to standing position and repeat 20-50 times. Then swap legs and do the same.
- Superman: Lie on the floor on your tummy then lift both your feet off the ground and hands off the ground like you’re just about to take off like Superman! Hold for 20-50 counts and rest for 30 seconds and then repeat 5-10 times.
- Jumping Jacks: Stand with your feet next to each other and your arms outstretched to the sky – apart, then bring your hands together while you open your legs (like a star) – you did this at school during PE many times!
You don’t have to be a gym-freak to stay fit, who has the time for that! Just do these five exercise every day and your friends will be surprised that you only spend 20-30 minutes a day working out, you’ll look almost as good as those who spend hours in the gym every day, only, you will be doing more of your life than just gyming!
